CANCELLATION:

1. Full refund for cancellations made before 3/24/2024.

2. Players are required to obtain personal travel insurance to cover trip cancellation costs.

3. Cancellations after 3/24/2024 will only be refunded if another player meets the criteria and accepted by the coaching staff, to fill the vacated spot.

NOTE: Entry closing date for this event is 3/31/2024. Any cancellation made after 3/24/2024 and if suitable player is not found to replace cancelled spot, 50% refund is applied.
